Veronica Baldwin

My name is Veronica Baldwin. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado where I received a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in cultural and linguistic diversity. I have seven years of experience student teaching in grades 1st through 4th and running a before and after school program in a Greeley elementary school . I am beyond excited to be a part of Espree's team and be an advocate for neighboring schools and districts, as well as parents, as we navigate remote learning.  My educational philosophy is the best instruction thrives off of student inquiry, creativity, and collaboration.

I grew up outside of the country in Panama and Germany, but have lived in Colorado for 17 years. I love the hiking trails, beautiful views, and the people I have met along the way.

Ashley Tate

Hi, my name is Ashley Tate. I have enjoyed working with children almost all my life. My journey in preschool started in 2016. I worked with an amazing group of toddlers ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old who taught me so much.  I look forward to working with elementary age students this year.  Learning to navigate remote school is an endeavor I am excited to take on. Technology can provide a unique platform for learning.  My passion for teaching stems from my philosophy that each child is unique, talented and all have something to teach us! Our job as teachers is to listen and nurture those instinctive traits.

When I'm not teaching, I am probably in the mountains with my fiancee and two dogs. I look forward to my future with Espree.
